The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that provides funding to people with permanent and significant disability to help them live more independently and take part in everyday life. The NDIS focuses on: Choice and control; individual goals and Independence and community participation. NDIS funding allows participants to choose the supports and providers that best suit their needs.
We support participants with everyday tasks and skill development to promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing. Supports are delivered in line with individual goals and may include personal routines, household tasks, and daily life skill building.
We support participants to travel safely to appointments, community activities, shopping, and social outings in line with their individual goals and NDIS guidelines.
We assist participants to engage in social, recreational, and community activities that build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
We support participation in small group and centre-based activities designed to encourage social interaction, skill development, and community inclusion.
We provide support with low-risk assistive products and technology that help participants maintain independence and safely complete everyday tasks.
We assist with low-risk, non-structural home modifications and safety supports to improve accessibility and support independent living, in collaboration with qualified professionals where required.
We help participants understand their NDIS plans and connect with suitable services and supports that align with their goals and preferences.
We support participants to access employment opportunities, training, and education by building skills, confidence, and pathways toward meaningful participation.
