At Geelong Community & Care Services (GCCS), we deliver flexible, person-centred NDIS supports that help participants live safely, independently, and with dignity.
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Geelong and regional Victoria.

We support participants with everyday tasks to promote independence and confidence at home and in the community.
This may include:
Personal routines and daily tasks
Meal preparation and nutrition support
Shopping assistance
Support with hygiene and self-care (non-clinical)
Building daily living and life skills
Supports are tailored to the participant’s abilities, goals, and preferences.
We assist participants to travel safely and confidently to access the community.
Transport support may include:
Travel to appointments
Shopping and errands
Social and recreational activities
Community programs and events
Transport supports are provided in line with NDIS guidelines, agreed schedules, and safety requirements.
We support participants to engage with their community, build relationships, and reduce social isolation.
This may include:
Attending social activities and events
Community programs
Recreational outings
Developing social and communication skills
Supports are delivered at a pace that suits the participant and aligns with their goals.
We provide or support access to group activities that encourage:
Social connection
Skill development
Confidence building
Participation in shared interests
Group activities are structured, inclusive, and delivered in safe environments.
We assist participants with low-risk assistive products and technology that support daily living and independence.
This may include:
Advice and assistance with low-risk items
Support to use approved assistive products safely
Guidance aligned with participant funding and needs
All assistive supports are non-clinical and within our scope of service.
We support participants with non-structural home tasks that improve safety and comfort.
This may include:
Light household tasks
Home safety assistance
Support to maintain a safe living environment
We do not provide clinical, medical, or high-risk structural services.
We assist participants to understand and connect with their NDIS supports.
This may include:
Linking participants with suitable services
Helping understand NDIS supports
Supporting coordination at a basic level
This service does not replace specialist Support Coordination.
We support participants to work towards employment or education goals.
This may include:
Assistance attending work or training
Support with routines and confidence
Skill development aligned with goals
Supports are practical, goal-focused, and participant-led.
Our supports may be delivered:

In the community
At agreed locations
All services are:
Respectful and person-centred
Flexible and transparent
Delivered by screened and trained workers
Progress notes are maintained to ensure quality and accountability.
GCCS supports participants who are:
Self-managed or plan-managed
Living with disability groups outlined in their NDIS plan
Seeking flexible, local, and respectful support
