Services are GST-free where applicable under NDIS rules.
Travel and transport are charged only when applicable and in line with your agreed supports.
Travel Labour
Time spent travelling to or with a participant may be charged
Charges are discussed and agreed before services begin
Mileage
Vehicle use is charged per kilometre
Rates are outlined in your Schedule of Supports
Travel charges apply only when:
Transport support is part of your agreed services
Travel is required to deliver your supports
