Our service rates are aligned with NDIS guidelines and outlined clearly in your Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports.
Pricing depends on:
Type of support
Day and time (weekday, weekend, public holiday)
Duration of support
All prices are:
Explained before services start
Confirmed in writing
Reviewed if your needs change
Services are GST-free where applicable under NDIS rules.
Travel & Transport Charges
Travel & Transport Charges
Travel and transport are charged only when applicable and in line with your agreed supports.
Travel Labour
Time spent travelling to or with a participant may be charged
Charges are discussed and agreed before services begin
Mileage
Vehicle use is charged per kilometre
Rates are outlined in your Schedule of Supports
Travel charges apply only when:
Transport support is part of your agreed services
Travel is required to deliver your supports
There are no unexpected travel charges.
