Geelong Community & Care Services (GCCS) provides personalised NDIS supports to children, young people, adults, and older participants who require assistance to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Geelong and regional Victoria.
We provide support to participants living with a wide range of disabilities, including:
Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Intellectual Disability
Mental Health / Psychosocial Disability
Physical Disability
Dementia
Aged Care–related support needs
Supports are always delivered in line with each participant’s NDIS goals, preferences, and abilities.

GCCS currently supports:
We do not support NDIA agency-managed participants at this time.

To ensure safe and appropriate support, GCCS may not be suitable for participants who require:
Specialist clinical or medical services
High-intensity or restrictive practices beyond our scope
If this applies, we will assist with referrals where possible.
