We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
Our rates are based on:

✔ The duration of support
Rates may vary for: ✔ Weekdays ✔ Weekends ✔ Public holidays
All rates are:
✔ Discussed before services start
✔ Clearly outlined in your Service Agreement
✔ Confirmed in your Schedule of Supports
There are no hidden costs.
Our rates may include:
Support worker time
Support delivery and planning
Progress notes and documentation
Compliance and safeguarding requirements
Travel and transport charges are listed separately and only apply when agreed.
Most NDIS supports are GST-free
Rates are charged in line with NDIS rules
Services must align with your approved NDIS plan
Invoices are:
✔ Clear and easy to understand
✔ Sent to the participant or plan manager as agreed
✔ Issued only for supports delivered
Payment terms are outlined in your Service Agreement.
